"Inside" rewrite = 60% done

Things have slowed down a lot lately for two reasons.

One...I shifted a character who was integral in the last 60% of my last draft and made her more of a supplemental character in this draft. So, essentially, I'm completely rewriting the story from the last 10 pages or so forward, which is leading towards a brand new Act III that I haven't even figured out yet.

Second...I've been under deadline on a project I'm putting together for my wife for her Grandpa who turns 84 on the 19th. He was recently diagnosed with Alzheimer's and he means a LOT to my wife, so the project we're putting together for his birthday is very significant. Without giving away what it is (in case family eyes are reading) let's just say it's taking some cherished memories from the past and bringing them into the future and beyond.

I should be wrapping that project tonight, so hopefully I can dive back into cracking out the final 40 pages of "Inside." As usual I have about a half dozen ideas floating around my head for the next script I'm going to work on!
